Verified Renter Our favorite part about living here is the easy access to the trail. It is well shaded, feels safe, and extends for miles. The apartments are also nice and reasonably priced. Maintenance is very responsive.

Verified Renter This is a great apartment if youre looking to be close to the outdoors of Texas near the lake. My neighbors are mostly quiet and considerate. I just wish theyd fix the gate and be better about communicating back to residents.

Lakewood Flats caught my attention for: Convenient location, Nick (Leasing office) was incredibly helpful in the process, Good observance of CDC regulations for preventing transmission of COVID19, Availability of a floor plan according to my needs, access to the Trails, swimming pools and a decent fitness center, the overall security is decent (although there is room for improvements) . Verified Renter Great Location. Most of the leasing agents are very professional. Overall cleanliness is acceptable. noise level acceptable. Parking spaces and access parking availability is a mess. Mandatory to accept their outdated, noisy appliances.
