Lakewood Flats I have lived here for about 8 months. The location is perfect, very close to the city & I30, access to the SantaFe Trail, clean facilities and well appointed apartments (granite countertops, some stainless appliances, faux wood floors open layouts) I only have a few negatives. The gate is frequently left open & the leasing office does not enforce restriction of non residents coming in and out at will. (all they did was send a letter to residents reminding them of the policy) They flock to the pool, take up all... read more
Wonderful Unfortunately, I'm having to leave Dallas. I've told everyone that I wish the same exact apartments were just in Houston (where I have to move to). I absolutely love it here. Everyone is helpful and willing to work with whatever needs you may have, wonderful/clean property, beautiful interior, great pools, and wonderful access to White Rock Lake and Santa Fe Trail immediately behind the complex. I love these apartments and wish I didn't have to leave.. I'd definitely renew my lease here if I could.
Great place for younger & older people This place has been a really great living experience. The staff is very helpful and kind. They have easy accessible trash areas, but they also have a pick up service that will come by and pick up your trash at night outside of your door. It has access to the trail around White Rock which is convenient. It also has places for your pet to run around and play for a little bit. Lakewood Flat Apartments I've lived in the Lakewood Flat Apartments for about 5 months at this point, and I don't really have a whole lot to complain about it. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful, the apartment is nice, they have curbside trash pickup, great pools, access to the trail around White Rock Lake and a security guard that monitors the property during the day (I know this because I work from home & see him).
