Verified Renter I sent an email asking about what do they offer for noise complains and received no response. They always care about reviews, but there is a resident who has a total disaster outside the apartment and they know it and do nothing. That's why we leave after our lease ends.
Verified Renter Very pleased with the quality of life at Lakewood Flats big positives are access to nature Like the Santa Fe Trail that connects to White rock Lake and responsiveness of management to any issues I have.

NO ELECTRICITY AND NO UPDATE We have no electricity and the apartment office haven't given notice to when it will be fixed or if their even trying to fix...2 days now no air no lights... RIDICULOUS when the storm did much worse to others and they had electricity back that night...something is not right with management... THESE APARTMENTS AREN'T CHEAP!!! WHERE IS THE ELECTRICITY!!!

Don’t ever want to leave!!!! I loved living here!!!! Best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! The staff is wonderful and always so nice and willing to help with any issues!!!! I love them all Tori, Ashley, Lily, & Jennifer!!! The maintenance guys always do a great job in a timely manner! They almost always show up the next day and I’m like woah! Wasn’t ready for you!!! Amazing property / horrible management company Horrible Management Company! What a shame. I lived in their Lakewood Flats complex in Dallas, TX for almost 2 years. SIMC Property Management was brought in to manage this community in the fall of 2016. The community is beautiful. The apartments and townhomes are spacious and have a beautiful finish out. Convenient This apartment will fit any family, it's in a great neighborhood Lakewood which is fairly close to one of the biggest man made lakes in dallas , also they have a nice trail that leads to this park as well, very beautiful scenery. Unlike many apartments this complex has two nice pools great for the summer.The staff is great they have no problem meeting your needs, great apartment the inside is grand. Comfort in The middle of busy Dallas.
