Verified Renter Be careful when you move in here. Not the most soundproof apartments. We can always hear upstairs neighbors at all hours of the night. This complex seems to have a lot of break-ins, random service fees every month get charged to our account and no one can seem to reimburse us for for the past 6 months and our referral bonus never gets credited to our account either. They owe us $230 now that is impossible to credit for some reason. Corporate is in over their heads with the number of properties they manage and... read more
Verified Renter The residents of Lakewood Flats are all very courteous and kind. The tenants that have dogs seem to care for them very well. I love the location near the Santa Fe Trail.
Verified Renter If you like nature, enjoy biking and or running our community's direct access to Santa Fe trail makes this an incredible location. Also very dog friendly community.
