The surgery went ok, but be aware they can have nursing students watch your surgery and not tell you this until the day of. You plan to take work off, aftercare and have someone drive you so obviously you are not gonna cancel right then minutes before the surgery (not to mention the thousands of dollars you are giving them). The secretary said sign the paper that allows for the "spectators" or you don't get the surgery (paraphrase). When my daughter had her tonsils removed I was informed of my out of pocket cost that insurance would not cover needed to be paid the morning of surgery. Okay no problem! Paid it got the receipts and all. 2 months later a get not one, not two but THREE more bills from all different departments/providers. When I called to ask about it I go no clear answers. "We'll look into it and get back with you" is all I was told. the last few weeks i've gotten a statement from them with DAILY statement dates on it one date after another.... read more
