When my daughter had her tonsils removed I was informed of my out of pocket cost that insurance would not cover needed to be paid the morning of surgery. Okay no problem! Paid it got the receipts and all. 2 months later a get not one, not two but THREE more bills from all different departments/providers. When I called to ask about it I go no clear answers. "We'll look into it and get back with you" is all I was told. the last few weeks i've gotten a statement from them with DAILY statement dates on it one date after another.... read more

I found lakeview and their entire team from the second I came into the building until the moment I left the building to be very helpful friendly and patient. I was here with my minor daughter and she was very scared to get her tonsils out. So as expected she was very worked up. The staff took the time to calm her and explain to her what they were doing. Even give her that extra attention afterwards. I can understand How a when a patient is worked up it can make the situation harder but they showed nothing but compassion and ... read more

Dr. Liudahl and her team were AWESOME. Today, I had my first and last Tonsillectomy performed here. I’ve been seeing Dr. Liudahl for years for my ears as well! She’s so personable and caring and nurturing. I can’t recall many names because I was in and out so quickly but special shout out to the lead head nurse, the anesthesiologist, and RN’s I got the honor to speak to.
