Very nice & professional. They answer the phone or get back to me right away, They have always provided me with notice before sending a worker out to take care of something at my unit and then make sure it was done properly. Omar, Lissett and Sue are great and have been at Lakeview for many years. So glad they are still managing my community.
I wish I could give Lakeview no stars! In January, Lakeview sent a notice out to all of the residents stating that an inspection will be done on all units due to a high water bill. The inspection was completed on my unit and I was in the clear. No leaks! The inspector informed me that the flapper in the toilet was old. It was not an issue but could become one. Lakeview Management is an Excellent Company! Omar Lopez, Margie and the rest of the staff are consummate Professionals! They address any questions or concerns I have in a prompt and courteous manner. We have been in our community Deerwood Estates since 1992 and they are the reason why the community is beautiful and property values high! If you have Lakeview Management as your HOA consider yourself fortunate. I Highly Recommend Them!
I have to say that Lakeview Management is a horrible management company. You can call Sue and email her she will not call you back. And if you happen to reach her on the phone when you call the office she will give you excuses. She is barely in her office when you can or when you email her you will get a notice she is out of the office. This Company should not even have a rating as a company. I read these reviews and was very surprised. Margie and Sue at Lakeview Management are always very responsive. They get back to you promptly and give community management a personal touch. They have managed most of their associations for years, which says something for the work they do. People often complain loudly but infrequently praise. I highly recommend them.
Very poor management company – Ive never been hung up on in my life. Sue and the other ladies in the office don't really care about concerns oe issues brought up in the communities they manage. I use the term "manage" loosely because they don't communicate what their rules are and there is NO communication when it comes to enforcement of such rules. This business is full of people that just don't know how to handle other people, so why would ANYONE want them to manage their property where many people live???? I woke up this morning and found my porch fence torn DOWN with no notice from them! I called to ask them if everything was OK and they said they didn't need to notify me when they wanted to do work, even if it did encroach on property I OWN! The most laughable management I have ever encountered. I have never seen so many people in the same community complain about how mistreated they are by their own management company. They do not return calls, they are rude, they break their own laws, and they are just a real nuisance to deal with. Do not deal with this company B E W A R E !!!!
I dont even know how they got away with calling themselves a real management company. They are a joke. Dont even go near these guys they will run your community into the ground.
