I wish I could give Lakeview no stars! In January, Lakeview sent a notice out to all of the residents stating that an inspection will be done on all units due to a high water bill. The inspection was completed on my unit and I was in the clear. No leaks! The inspector informed me that the flapper in the toilet was old. It was not an issue but could become one.
