I went to the ER on Sunday evening and then came back the next morning to have a minor in-patient surgery to get a kidney stone broken up (shock wave lithotripsy). From the check-in clerks to the nurses to the doctors to the Urologist to the Anesthesiologist, the level of service was superb and was better than any other that I have ever used before. Ending up in the ER is never where you want to find yourself, but we are so glad we chose to visit Lakeview's ER a few weeks back when my husband felt a strange pain in the back of his head. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted quickly and were immediately introduced to our nurses. Staff in every area that I dealt with was superb. Knowledgeable, efficient, and kind.
When I checkin in for my surgery in the out patient center. The nurse was so great and informative what was going to happen that day!! The nurse in recovery Kristin was so great with me. Then when I got to the room my nurse Julie and Casey where get getting wee great getting me settled in my room.. I don't know when the shift changed and they might have been short handed.. I never seen or had a nurse come in to check on me for quite a few hours.. But then the morning nurse Valerie and Kyle where great. And my therapy person ... read more

I brought my adult daughter there for a one-day procedure. The personnel were fantastic, accomodating and professional. Both with me and my daughter.
My daughter has a chronic illness so we are frequently needing to go to the ER. The staff is always friendly and considerate. Most important is the listen to me for what works with her and what doesn't. We live this ER and choose it every chance we get. We are counting down the years until she can be admitted here also.
