Ended up in ER for psychiatric reasons. Staff didn't let me know what was going on, didn't treat me like a person, were very unattentive to my needs. Garbage experience. I would drive all the way to LDS to avoid that experience again. Only reason I'm giving them 2 instead of 1 star is that I wasn't expressly treated with disrespect, and the place was mostly clean.
Thank you so much to the amazing, supportive, and just incredible staff in Labor and Delivery. I was so spoild by them that I almost did not want to leave. It was an incredible experience! I know it's cheesy but they felt like family.
My wife and I stopped in to see our daughter and new grand baby. The signs around the hospital directing new people to where they need to go needs LOTS of improvement. The signs inside the hospital were better. The staff that were dealt with were pleasant.
If I could give Zero stars I would.... This "caring" and I use the term loosely made my mom wait 8 hours for a MRI that was ordered STAT by her doctor.. But I guess she wasn't important she's just and elderly woman with a broken back..... Since she didn't go to the ER she wasn't important enough to be seen in a timely manner..... I'll take her to the University hospital instead......
My wife Theresa Crotty had surgery at this Hospital the surgery went out standing by dr. Hickman when she was finally done and sent to her room room 449 she had the most wonderful awesomest nurse in the world taking care of her they treated her like a human with the utmost respect and care I wanna thank you all at this Hospital for treating her that way being her husband that meant a lot to me thank you all
Everyone at Lakeview was excellent. We really felt like they cared and when they called a staff in to do emergency surgery on my son at 2 am the staff arrived very quickly.
