This was our home for the past 5 years, right after COVID, and we truly had a great experience living here. Legacy Lakeside is a very well-kept property compared to many others in the Kendall area, and it always felt like a safe, family-oriented community. Parking is well managed, and they enforce the no guest parking after 11 PM rule, which really helps keep the community peaceful and organized. Realmente muy contento de vivir en esta comunidad donde la gerencia y trabajadores de mantenimiento son magníficos y profesionales, destacando los detalles de Marilin y Eduardo por el día de los padres, honestamente salía a mi trabajo temprano y me sorprendieron con un presente, nuevamente muy agradecido de vivir aquí donde reina mucha limpieza y tranquilidad, gracias!
Lived here for 3 years and now that I’m moving out I will truly miss this place. The property manager Marylin is such a sweet and kind person. Always helped us out with anything we needed. The maintenance staff was always reachable and ready to assist in any AC issues we had, Very quick to respond and fix any problems. Living here was a very great experience !
