Very poor office staff who lack willingness to help of care and concern. They lost 2 new patients today.
I can not believe that a medical office can be run like this one is...My child is a new patient and has not even seen a doctor yet as I have been TRYING to get an appt scheduled by an ASHLEY who I have NO idea how she is qualified to do this job...then transferred to a very nasty woman named HOLLY.
My child has been a pt here for two years, I chose this office because prior to having children while with relatives being seen I loved the interaction, and education given by providers; particularly Mr. Snow. Recently I have been frustrated a number of times related to their " after hours" apointments. These apointments are reserved for Private insurance patients only- not so convienient for many people. In addition I have switched 5 of my foster childrens PCP to this office because I knew that they were superior. Now I am ... read more
Both of my children were clients of Lakeside Pediatrics for several years until they decided to start discriminating their clients based on their religious beliefs. Due to our religious beliefs, Lakeside has decided we are no longer worthy to get treatment at their offices. If you value your religious freedom, don t seek treatment here.
