Highest crime rate and drug pushing in town. I don't even feel safe driving down that road..I will avoid it.

Nice place to rent. People used to avoid renting at Lakeshore Apartments but now there is a waiting list to get in. Affordable rents, decent units and good management. I am very happy that I found this place to rent!
The property is under new management. The property has been cleaned up. Several of the units have been remodeled. The property has lake access. If your looking for a nice place to live, that wont break the bank this is the place for you. Very affordable units. I have heard great things about the units, and management. Very Pet friendly . They except dogs and cats. Definitely one to look into when looking for an nice affordable rental.
Ever since there was a change in management (mid 2017) this place has completely turned around. I have no problem letting my children play outside or even take a walk down to the accessible beautiful Beaver Dam Lake. The owners and management are very receptive to tenant feedback and make a concerted effort to making Lakeshore Apartments a safe and respectable place to live.
