Older apartment complex, so expect things to break down. Our air conditioning broke down on a Thursday (it's been over 80 degrees everyday). Someone finally came out to fix it Friday afternoon. It worked for roughly 15 hours before it started doing the same thing. We stopped by the office where they told us they considered it an emergency and would get an emergency maintenance guy out immediately. Please No More Snow !!
We just moved in and we love our apartment. Not one stain on the carpets, it was cleaned very nicely. Everything looked brand new. The management had a mix up with our new appliances we requested. So they replaced all of our appliances in the same day, with no problems. The only down side is parking. I work second shift and I get off work around midnight. When I have to walk by myself four apartment buildings down at midnight, it gets quite frustrating to say the least!!
