Would strongly recommend not leasing here. My roommate and I currently have a collection agency contacting us for “unpaid” rent even though we never missed a payment and other “miscellaneous” expense since we moved out over 2 months ago.
Huge rodent problem. After several tries to get rid of the problem including getting a cat, they moved my daughter to a new apartment and gutted the place. Now she has mice in the new apartment. When she decided enough was enough they want to charge her for leaving.
I have been a resident for almost 3 years.. And when I first moved in I absolutely loved the appartments! The reason why I rated a 2 star is because since they changed ownership and remodled the complexe the apartments front office and experience has only gotten worse!! The office on many occasions is not reachable even during regular business hours, I called once over 10 times and no answer. the office manager is never in the office, he is always "on site" or gone early for ...Continue Reading
This comment will probably be deleted since that seems to be how it works when you don't say what management wants you to. I would never recommend living here. I was understanding and supportive for the entirety of my lease, followed all rules, paid rent every month on the first, etc. There were times I had to park a full mile away from my apartment after coming home late at night because of their construction trucks. Overall the worst living experience I've ever had or seen! They will do what ever to get your business then they refuse to call or email back once you've signed on those dotted lines. Must try 3x to get any maintenance request fulfilled. Also front office will lie to you and then steal from you because of there mistakes. Honestly I'd rather be homeless then deal with these lying pigs
I have been at Lakeshore for 8ish years...on the rare occasions that I have a concern and have to call the office they are exceptional with their response! � I'm a very happy resident!!
