I've lived here since May 2016 and I've never had a problem! Maintenance responds to requests extremely fast, usually within a couple hours. I love taking my dog to the parks and the free dog training classes. Lakeshore is always offering events and fun contests. My leasing agent was beyond amazing. If I wasn't moving out of state I would renew my lease in a heartbeat!
I have lived at Lakeshore Aparments for six months. I enjoy everything. I enjoy my neighbors and I enjoy the employees of Lakeshore Apartments. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, especially if you have pets or are a single female. (The security ensures my safety) also the social activities are a huge plus! I am never bored

I don't like living here. It is very overpriced for what you get. Kitchen and laundry are outdated, clubhouse is outdated. THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING. Customer service is poor. It is the most expensive and worst apartment I have ever lived in ever. Also very expensive to break your lease early!!!!

We had a 1st birthday party for my great niece at the clubhouse. Everyone was so nice & it was clean! I loved being able to look out the floor to ceiling windows & see the lake. It's a great place to have an event like we did!

Living here for 6 month, and have not regretted moving here for a minute. The amenities are awesome: 2 heated pools, free exercise classes, 2 dog parks with agility training in both. Free car wash with vacuum. Inexpensive dog wash station. Friendly staff. And other attractions, like bonfire and live bands. This place came a long way!
Lake Shore Apartments are by far the best apartments in Washtenaw county, and even in Van Buren township. Great big spacious rooms, speedy maintenance when needed, great pricing, friendly living environment, friendly staff, and they are always offering something for their residents to do such as bingo, pontoon boat rides, and even giving children free swim lessons. I don't know where else you'd want to live honestly!!!!
