RecommendedI wanted to make sure and give The Lake Shore Apartments a awesome review on Facebook as well ! I will be moving here on February 12 . The office staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about the apartment complex . Kaylene has been helping me every step of the way with the move in process . She is amazing at what she does and her communication skills is top notch . Every question I have ask through email was answered super fast. Can’t wait to officially call this place home and walk around the beautiful lake !

After living here for well over 4 years... the kitchens are small but the staff is amazing! The maintenance team are reasonably quick and have been incredibly respectful of it being our home. The people at the front desk have always been warm and welcoming. They have also taken great steps during the pandemic to protect not only themselves but the people in the apartments. Most tenants are honest hardworking and trustworthy but the few that aren't rob all the residents. I know several who have been stolen from. the landlord knows and clearly could care less. one resident has assaulted her man alot and is still beating him up outside the place and yelling constantly. one hits people, if something is outside the appts.and the unemployed druggies will steal it. nail it down. . Considering living at lakeshore? DO IT! Amazing amenities, the most thoughtful staff, 24 hour gated security, and absolutely gorgeous floor plans (I lived in the ultimate Flynn and it was luxurious and completely remodeled). A special shoutout to the maintenance staff- I have never known such a prompt maintenance team. All my issues were always resolved within 24 hours or less. Cost way to much to pay rent.
Lived here for years. With rent renewals they offered money off each both. Have to break lease for my mother medical reasons. She cannot physically go up the 3 flights of stairs, had no handicap accessible units available. She will need someone in the home with her when me and my dad aren’t there. I asked if the fees they gifted to us for renewal could just be waived and we put the two months rent. Was told my mothers medical conditions did not fit their criteria. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. 1/8/2020
By far my favorite apartment to live in. Customer service from day one to moving out was fantastic. The staff here are here to help you and go above and beyond expectations. There are so many amenities for residents here, it’s quite impressive. If there is something you need or reasonably want to suggest, they can most likely make it happen! I especially love the hook ups they have for carpet cleaners and other maintenance services, and very on top of their community wall/social media. I am so saddened to move out of this co... read more
Lake Shore is an amazing place to live. This is the first place in 5 years my partner and I have Re-signed a lease! The grounds are beautiful and filled with wildlife, maintenance is always on top of things, and the value is crazy good.
