The lake shore offers free workout classes and has just refreshed the gym in the clubhouse. The amenities are great and the complex is dog friendly.

Thank you so much for making sure the sidewalks and roads are plowed and salted in horrible winter storms that we’ve experienced. I hear so many of my other friends complain that live elsewhere that they can’t even back out of their parking spots because their cars get stuck. Happy to say that you guys have always been on top of this. You even clear spots in the grass to make sure our pups can go potty. Thank you for making our lives easier :-)

Great place to live. There's so many random perks like free dog training, free wrapping station during the holidays and free car washes etc... but this past Saturday (right before the holiday) our sink got clogged, we called emergency maintenance and they had someone out in 30 minutes and the issue was fixed same day. Awesome! My only issue is there just never seems to be enough parking near my building.

Security here is a joke, you call thw 24 hr dispatch and it goes to voicemail, call the main office and hit rhe security option, goes to voicemail, glad were protected by these guys, so if anyone has any ideas about committing a crime out here, security cant be reached, so have at it! Unbelievable....
