Loving Lakeshore so far! :)
We love it here so far! The community is awesome and well-maintained. My only complaint when I first moved in this winter was that people didn't clean up after their dogs. But that problem has been resolved - there is someone who walks around every morning and makes sure everything is clean. We have great neighbors and the view is absolutely gorgeous.
I'm really liking living at Lake Shore so far. I feel safe at night and the apartment is great. The only bummer is the hours for the fitness center (10am to 10pm). Is there any way you guys would consider opening at 7 or 8am instead? At least just during the week. It would be much more convenient for people who would like to use it before work. Thanks!
This apartment was great when I first moved in but after got new own went down hill. My apartment heat hardly worked even after getting almost new furnace. I would have heat set at 75 and still have to have heaters on in my bedroom so would not be cold. The owner has a really bad attitude. If you are late for rent even in emergency reasons they take you to court and don't want to work with you. I will never suggest this apartment to any of my friends.
