This was a horrible experience! The guard was rude! The staff was not compassionate and appeared oblivious or indifferent to the family member's (only one allowed even though there was documentation that two parents were allowed for minors, they made a father leave) anxiety over not being able to see the patient after the surgery. I was not allowed to see my family member after the surgery and was instead instructed to pull around and pick him up as if I was at a fast-food drive-thru.
