Do not go to this location. The urgent care was moved to the second floor. I was a patient 2x when the urgent care was on the first floor. It was great. I went with my husband last week and it was horrible. This is not an urgent care. It’s a regular doctors office and when a room is available they take you in. We had to wait a long time once we got in we had to wait until the doctor came in. There was no xrays or heart monitors so they couldn’t diagnose him and weren’t able to help him at all. Visited this facility after my son had a serious fall and hit his head. We were seen and he was treated within an hour. The staff was fast and took great care of him.
I was seen by Dr. Remmer today and he was one of the best urgent care Dr's I have had. He explained everything to well to me and had a great demeanor. Highly recommend.

Visiting this facility was a far worse experience than I anticipated. My wife went to this facility on Thursday and was informed that she had Covid. They only prescribed medication for nausea. She explained at the time that her mucus was blood tinged. They didn’t give her an antibiotic or anything, she returned today to the same facility, she has had a persistent headache for several days that has not gone anywhere. She has taken Motrin.
