No signage as to what services are provided in which building. No signage inside building directing you to outpatient surgery. I witnessed numerous people ask where outpatient surgery was and how to get there. And the "waiting" room isnt. It's a hallway outside a bank of elevators with no t.v., no coffee, and freezing,!
