Went in on a Monday morning and was taken back within minutes. The staff, and Dr. Lee, were professional while still being incredibly kind. I have “white coatitis “ so really appreciated the kindness and care. The procedure was painful but Dr Lee prepared me. I hope I never have to - but if I do, I will definitely return.
They got me in right away, everyone was kind and helpful. Was there less than 45 minutes. Would highly recommend!
This isn't my first time at Pablo and each time I've gone in, it was fast check in. The ladies at the desk have always been nice hoping i feel better each time. Today i came in and the medical tech, Jacinda, was so compassionate and very sweet.
Great experience for both of my children seen at this location. Ana, APRN was extremely knowledgeable, professional and great with children. All staff encountered at this location were friendly and professional. 5/5 stars for this urgent care!
I came in on Saturday only to be denied treatment by Barbara who was the weekend check in person she stated that my insurance carrier could only be verified Monday thru Friday even though she already saw I had an appointment with Lakeland Regional with another dept in August already verified and approved. Im disappointed in her unwillingness to put the patient first and to be referred to go to Owl UC made me think about her integrity as an employee for LRH. Very disappointed
