The individual Isabel who answers the phone there Should be dealt with accordingly. Rude, obnoxious and a complete and utter disregard for common courtesy. She clearly hates her job or maybe just hates life in general. If one of my employees addressed one of my customers as she did my wife, I would fire her on the spot then physically boot her out the door. RecommendedI was. very impressed with my appointment. my doctor was incredible very attentive. Was told I need Physical Therapy for my shoulder. Hurts like a demon. But I was told if it continues to hurt go back. Will reccomend Dr Wicks to people
The amount of stuff I have to say about this place is endless. I dislocated my shoulder and was referred to Lakeland Regional orthopedic Dr. Miller after my trip to the ER. My first appointment went well! (Besides waiting 35 minutes passed my appointment time) Dr. Miller was polite and introduced himself, shook my hand. He looked at the x-rays from the ER and said it would be best to get an MRI. I agreed to it and the office was supposed to submit a MRI request to Lakeland ...Continue Reading
It really works with a great team of physical therapist...especially attentive and informative and knowledgeable...especially the next door Facility! Loved Jorge who was so very helpful and patient and knowledgeable! Love this place, I highly recommend this for any of your physical ailments especially the pool aquatics program! If you can't walk in yourself they have a seat that will lift you up into it! Great job team!
I have recently been a patient at Lakeland Regional Medical Center to have a cholecystectomy done, the nursing staff were phenomenal. Overall my quality of care was top notch. I would recommend LRMC to anyone
5 weeks ago ,my 5 year old broke his wrist, Watson clinic doesn't take his insurance so I found LROA , they are absolutely wonderful there,they are just very nice people, they explained everything to me and Dr crank did a excellent job on my sons surgery, I will definitely recommend this place to other people:)
