Very disappointed in the way I was treated when I moved from the area by Dr Moon and his staff. I had to miss my last appointment as I was now 3 hours away and cancelled my appointment and let them know the reason. I had found a new PCP and needed a couple prescriptions filled, for about 10 days, and they refused as he needed to see me. My last visit was less than 6 months ago and I guess he forgot that he had cancelled on me the first time to help cause the delay in seeing me. Dr. Sandoval needs to be retired, or fired! From visit to pharmacy, what was prescribed at the clinic, was not what was called in. Treating me for cough and congestion and prescribed me a steroid dose pak. I told him I can't take those because it causes "roid rage" in me. Agreed to use prednisone instead, which I can take. He also prescribed a new nasal spray for my allergies. Asked for cough pearls to suppress the coughing, I got a liquid antihistamine instead! USELESS! I'll get United healthcare they wanted me to change my insurance over to a Lakeland regional primary doctor and they wouldn't even see me and I was in there for chest pains very unprofessional greedy place they own Publix stay away from them that they put profits before people
