Had a great experience here with our 4 yr old who had a finger injury. The PA was attentive and kind, helped us through treatment. The wait time was even less than what showed online and having a MyChart account made things very easy. Thanks to all at LRH Urgent Care!
I took my son here for a sore throat. He was of course swabbed for all the things and all of his tests came back negative. We found out that he had burnt his throat on hot chocolate at school a couple days prior. We were given a steroid prescription and sent on our way. We felt really rushed. Fast forward later that night. My son wakes me up crying in excruciating pain because his ear hurts. So I take him to the ER to which I'm told that he has a super bad ear infection. Dr. Benjamin Sandoval is very unprofessional with zero compassion as many others have said. I made an appointment with a fairly serious eye injury and he spent the entire visit mocking me for it. What a horrible doctor.
Very disappointed in the way I was treated when I moved from the area by Dr Moon and his staff. I had to miss my last appointment as I was now 3 hours away and cancelled my appointment and let them know the reason. I had found a new PCP and needed a couple prescriptions filled, for about 10 days, and they refused as he needed to see me. My last visit was less than 6 months ago and I guess he forgot that he had cancelled on me the first time to help cause the delay in seeing me.
