We had a great experience. John the Lpn took his time with my son making him comfortable. He worked with him even thought it took more time. He was truly kind. Arnp Nieves was so kind. She made sure my son could play with the otoscope before getting his ears looked at. They both made the visit painless. So happy with the care.
Really glad this campus opened, it is very convenient and I wanted to specifically call out Dr. Lam. He is a great doctor, very kind and explains everything clearly.
Again this facility is disappointing. I had a labcorp lab work order, I went up there and the lady at the desk says ' there is Not anything she can do without a paper order". I have been there before and they just lookup the order on the computer! I understand if things change, then say it. But I have gone several times and the African decent American tech has looked me up my order and do my bloodwork. But this white lady with glasses, doesn't want to do anything except sit there click a few buttons and say "No".
