I'm on my way home from a first visit with Dr. Yasser Shahrour and I feel so blessed for getting to meet with him. What a doctor who is genuinely interested in treating people with kindness, care and respect. Of course, not to mention his so vast knowledge and professionalism. I really recommend him!
The Kathleen campus urgent care was very professional and caring would recommend this office before any walkin urgent care . Dr Brian was Awesome. Thank you for caring and taking good care of me .
Have been trying to reschedule an appointment for a month and nobody will call back or respond on mychart. Customer service is absolutely horrendous Update: despite the response on here still nobody has contacted or responded to me. Do not go here
I had a 3 o clock new patient appointment with Dr Haddaoui. I arrive at 2 45, paid my co pay and was called back. Riley was great! Took my intake information and said the dr would be right in. I waited an hour and 15 minutes.....finally went out and ask if I was forgotten. The lady at the desk said the dr was doing a procedure. Terrible scheduling!!! I will look for another PCP
