After waiting with daughter for 45 minutes for blood work, young lady rudely announced that they work by appt only and then argued about appt time
Negligent to say the least. Terrible place terrible staff. Refusing to refill my athsma inhaler and trying to force me to come into the office so they can charge me for a visit. Billing staff , scheduling staff, and the doctors have no clue how to do anything. Visited in oct for a respiratory infection and they were no help then as well. You can find anywhere better than this place. In addition they canceled the appointment they tried to force me to come to without any explanation. Wont be returning
Tim Duke is the most disrespectful so called Dr. I have ever encountered in my life. Very rude, literally turned his back on me as I was talking trying to explain my concerns of my blood test results. These people don’t want to help you here.
Waited 3.5 months for a neurology appointment only for it to be cancelled the day of. I am so done with LRH specialists- they are all garbage.
Moved to Lakeland 4 years ago. When the Lakeland Regional opened their facility on Kathleen I was excited because it was close and new. Loved Dr Delmonico, not having to visit her often in the 3 years, 2 times for yearly check up and refills for meds, but when I had a sinus infection suddenly I could not get in to see her for a year and was told that she was not in Kathleens facility!
