He explained things to me so that I could easily understand all the medical jargon. His Medical Assistant A'ishah was welcoming, competent, and made us very comfortable! I rarely take the time to write reviews, whether positive or negative, but I feel compelled to speak up about the front desk staff's lack of professionalism. In person, they're often absorbed in conversation with each other — gossiping, slow to answer the phone, and quick to roll their eyes when a patient needs attention. Calling in is even worse.
