Extremely disappointed with this facility. I just moved to Florida a couple months ago and was looking to establish a PCP. This facility is a nice size and right down the street so thought it was a major facility, comparable to a state facility. I’m from Ohio and OSU is one of the best. The facility is staffed with young ladies who were loud, joking, giggling, like school girls my entire visit. I wouldn’t trust anything to remain confidential. Staffing is very rude does not matter what department you call seems like they’re not happy assisting and always transferring calls to another person avoiding answer . Poor customer service and poor providers quality. LRH should reevaluate staffing behavior.

So far all staff has been very friendly and helpful. Labs were done immediately upon request. They called and made arrangements for different consultations with different specialists. I didn't have to wait in a line or on the phone to try to get help. Communication has been fantastic.
