Honestly this was such a terrible experience and I'm still upset about it. I came in as a new patient with some serious issues. I'm literally hemorrhaging and have an ovarian cyst that the hospital said I needed to follow up on within 3 days. Called insurance and they stated I needed to see a PCP first and be referred to a OBGYN for further evaluation with the conditions I have. No problem, the quickest they had for a Dr was Dr.Gomez. I had the iud procedure done here and I was told as she put the clamp on there would be no numbing thru the whole procedure when I asked and if i wanted numbing i would have to reschedule. It was very painful. The dr advised me she would take note and advise the sceduler to advise of no numbing so people have the opportunity to ask for numbing.
