My allergy specialist was absorbed by Lakeland Regional. The merger resulted in a more expensive bill than before. The cost for a simple immunotherapy injection was originally $11. After the merger with Lakeland Regional the shots are now $30. Nothing about the way the treatment is administered has changed. Why is there a change in price for the same treatment? I was very disappointed in my pediatrician appointment here with my daughter. All the nurses seemed cold and that they didn’t care. The doctor claimed they never received records over sent over from our previous pediatrician. So she is walking into our first appointment with no information of her medical history. Not a single person asked me for previous growth chart history. How are they supposed to know that my child is progressing? HORRIBLE !!!! THEY HAVE NOT SEEN MY BABY SINCE HER 2 WEEK CHECK UP, NEEDED URGENT REFERRAL TO ENT SPECIALIST THEY TOLD ME IT HAD TO BE APPROVED BY INSURANCE AND WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS, TOOK MY BABY TO THE HOSPITAL THEY SENT OUT A REFERRAL FOR THE NEXT DAY. DR.PISTORIA WAS HER PEDIATRICIAN AND JUST HORRIBLE OVER ALL NO SCHEDULING AND WAS VERY LOUD READING MY BABY CHARTS ALSO CAME TO WORK AFTER RECENTLY BEING SICK !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND 0/10
Saw Dr. Ceniza she was so kind warm and very knowledgeable she took notes in a software tool which I am accustomed to already to save both our time. Also she ordered new labs that I haven't had ordered by any Rheumatologist to date. She also is in MyChart and this makes everything so much smoother so now my PCP and rheumatologists and other specialists can talk to each other in the Electronic record.
