Saw Dr. Ceniza she was so kind warm and very knowledgeable she took notes in a software tool which I am accustomed to already to save both our time. Also she ordered new labs that I haven't had ordered by any Rheumatologist to date. She also is in MyChart and this makes everything so much smoother so now my PCP and rheumatologists and other specialists can talk to each other in the Electronic record. I really enjoy this office and Dr. Hinds in particular (although everyone is nice). I’ve tried various offices around Winter Haven and found I enjoyed Lakeland Grasslands the best. We normally don’t have super long waits, although I do plan to be in the office at least an hour when we have an appointment. The nurses are almost always kind and polite. When I need documents, they respond quickly (within an hour) on the app. The kids love getting a little toy or candy on the way out. I do wish they were little more flexible wit... read more

I really enjoyed going and taking my daughter for therapy for the last 2 years on a weekly basis. Recently they went up to charging me $162 a visit for 30 min. 70 dollars more than I paid last year in Jan. No one at my insurance company can answer why. I called billing and they could not answer one question about billing. They transferred me to a money recouping line and it hung up on me. Even the front desk can not help. I’ve been using this office almost a year now coming from an office that I have been seeing for 20+ years and I will say I absolutely love all the physicians at this office. They are amazing, kind, gentle all four of my children go there, including one who is autistic and this is an amazing office compared to where we were going, where they have known all my children since the day they were born I am so glad I found this office and honestly, I’m just glad the other office dropped their insurance because I would’ve never vent... read more

I’ve waited in that office multiple times, waiting on the doctor or staff and one time it was due to her being late to work! I checked in by 8:15 on the dot then walked in at 8:16, my appointment was at 8 and yes I understand I was running behind, but yall give a 15 min grace period then don’t go by it? I’ve waited in that office for an hour at least before being seen by the doctor but I can’t be see? I’ve never been late to an appointment before, actually I’m usually early and always waiting on whoever in that office either... read more
