I was recently sent to this location for community care with the VA where I have been a patient for many years. This facility did not receive any medical records from the VA nor requested them. I asked. Nor were they interested in anything that I had to say (ignore the patient...hmmm). Only have a 15 minute appointment. They wanted to run labs.... that's fine and they did. As expected..
Not much to say, I had a doctor's appointment, only waited about 5 minutes to see the doctor. Everything went well, this place is like a well-oiled machine.
