This is my wife's review. My PCP referred me to the grasslands endocrinology department which is a part of Lakeland regional health. The doctor I had seen went on maternity leave and the office told me I had to make an appointment with another doctor and pay again to go over my test results and that would be another month out! I ended up having to go to urgent care to diagnose my test results and prescribed me the medicine I needed. They extremely overcharge for physical therapy. My daughter had two 30 minute appointments which consisted of 15 minutes on an exercise bike and 15 minutes laying on a bed with a stretch band doing leg stretches by herself. I was charged over $1000 and that was after going through my insurance. The facility refused to let me know exact cost of each appointments and said it would be around $100 each which was definitely wrong. Glad we left and didn't finish the 10 sessions they wanted to do.
