Very good experiences with all staff and doctors so far.
HORRIBLE !!!! THEY HAVE NOT SEEN MY BABY SINCE HER 2 WEEK CHECK UP, NEEDED URGENT REFERRAL TO ENT SPECIALIST THEY TOLD ME IT HAD TO BE APPROVED BY INSURANCE AND WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS, TOOK MY BABY TO THE HOSPITAL THEY SENT OUT A REFERRAL FOR THE NEXT DAY. DR.PISTORIA WAS HER PEDIATRICIAN AND JUST HORRIBLE OVER ALL NO SCHEDULING AND WAS VERY LOUD READING MY BABY CHARTS ALSO CAME TO WORK AFTER RECENTLY BEING SICK !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND 0/10
Saw Dr. Ceniza she was so kind warm and very knowledgeable she took notes in a software tool which I am accustomed to already to save both our time. Also she ordered new labs that I haven't had ordered by any Rheumatologist to date. She also is in MyChart and this makes everything so much smoother so now my PCP and rheumatologists and other specialists can talk to each other in the Electronic record. I really enjoy this office and Dr. Hinds in particular (although everyone is nice). I’ve tried various offices around Winter Haven and found I enjoyed Lakeland Grasslands the best. We normally don’t have super long waits, although I do plan to be in the office at least an hour when we have an appointment. The nurses are almost always kind and polite. When I need documents, they respond quickly (within an hour) on the app. The kids love getting a little toy or candy on the way out. I do wish they were little more flexible wit... read more
I really enjoyed going and taking my daughter for therapy for the last 2 years on a weekly basis. Recently they went up to charging me $162 a visit for 30 min. 70 dollars more than I paid last year in Jan. No one at my insurance company can answer why. I called billing and they could not answer one question about billing. They transferred me to a money recouping line and it hung up on me. Even the front desk can not help. I am charged weekly when I come in but billed monthly so it is hard to figure out exactly what it going ... read more
