They extremely overcharge for physical therapy. My daughter had two 30 minute appointments which consisted of 15 minutes on an exercise bike and 15 minutes laying on a bed with a stretch band doing leg stretches by herself. I was charged over $1000 and that was after going through my insurance. The facility refused to let me know exact cost of each appointments and said it would be around $100 each which was definitely wrong. Glad we left and didn't finish the 10 sessions they wanted to do.
In the autumn of 2021, my mother broke her hip in a fall. Dr. Miller first operated on my mother’s leg and left a leaky surgical opening. The opening was leaking pus. After a surgery at Lakeland Regional Hospital, my mom was finally fitted with a metal implant by Dr. Mario John. That operation gave her some mobility at 73 years of age. Overall, the experience was tedious, but satisfactory. Rosa Maria stated, “Everything was excellent.”
