Dr Lamba Aarti is unprofessional with her bedside manners, she is dismissive and she says things like I will let the pain management deal with that. She lacks compassion and she needs to be taught a little bit more how to have a some kindness and etiquette while servicing her community. My brother was recently seen here. I am having problems getting a prescription filled. Optum Rx and I have both contacted you and we have not received a response and I am almost out of one of my prescriptions! I have one (1) tablet left so it is important that someone get in tough with Optum RX or myself!! How do I get this problem resolved?!
1 star is only for Aarti Lamba, MD because the receptionist on both levels were precious, but I wasn’t there to see them. I saw Aarti Lamba, MD and it was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had in 36 years.
