I drive almost from Auburndale They had my baby's appointment at 12. I got there at 11:50 to check in. Traffic is bad which is not my fault. They asked if I wanted to reschedule or wait until 1 to be seen. No why would you schedule me for 12 knowing y'all had to go to lunch. Now u want me to wait an hour or reschedule. Now I'm taking all three of my kids out of here. Time to find a new doctor. My child has saw this Dr for seven years. Ever since she moved to this office it has been nothing but problems. I'm so freaking mad
