no I dont recommend, I am a busy person and I dont have time to write everything down that I eat and all 3 if my kids eat she cant work without a food log and my family eats organic foods if we dont grow it, grass fed or hunt, I explained this...just a waste of time and a lot of money, go to Anthony's Health Hut and those people can tell you what you need without a food log and wasted time
I walked into Lakeland Natural Health a broken person. I was 15lbs higher than I needed to be; menopause symptoms were ruining my life; sleep was sporadic; back and neck killing me and a lot more. Dr. Bertleman is a very gifted professional...always smiling and encouraging me to do better, rather than criticism and shaming. I learn something new about the workings of my body every visit!
