We love Dr Gil. She has seen both my kids, who are now adults, for years. I see Dr Leon, and she introduced me to prism glasses and it was life changing. The problem is that they need more office staff and/or a good office manager. For some reason they have called to reschedule me multiple time for my next appointment. When I try to call back to schedule another day,, no one answers the phone. Just hold music. A recording says you can leave a message, but when I try that, the mailbox is full. Went to Lakeland Eye clinic South and picked up my eyeglass today Tonia Bailey help me she's fantastic outstanding personality very kind listens to you and very helpful Thank You Tonia
I was on hold for so long, I was able to drive there from over 20 minutes away. When I told the lady of my experience, she didn’t even apologize. However, the lady who helped my daughter with her first time putting in contacts was amazing.
