Outstanding optometrist’s
Over booked to the max must arrive 15 min early to sit and wait a hr past your appointment time to just start to be seen … pack a lunch and take a day off work you will need it….
A patient is asked to arrive 15 minutes B4 appt time., but it's ok to leave the patient waiting 45 minutes, without explanation. Say no to indifferent treatment by these doctors and their staff.
I had a bad experience with the doctor because he performed surgery on my eyes, and the surgery went wrong, and he did not respond as a professional. I do not recommend him
