I was at the office for over 3 hours for a simple exam. The only explanation given was “it’s crazy here on Tuesdays”. Dr Gill was great, Steve Phillips was very helpful, the rest of my experience was terrible. My insurance allows for 2 pair of glasses but for some reason the office would only allow me to pay for one pair of glasses and said I can’t pay for the second pair until the first pair is picked up. Get reminder emails and texts to make an appt but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. And the front desk staff? Beyond rude. I switched clinics yesterday once I was on hold for 25 mins and still never got to talk to a soul.
We love Dr Gil. She has seen both my kids, who are now adults, for years. I see Dr Leon, and she introduced me to prism glasses and it was life changing. The problem is that they need more office staff and/or a good office manager. For some reason they have called to reschedule me multiple time for my next appointment. When I try to call back to schedule another day,, no one answers the phone. Just hold music. A recording says you can leave a message, but when I try that, the mailbox is full. I am currently on hold going on ... read more
