Have had vision care at Lakeland Eye Clinic since the first week I lived in Florida in 2010. Always received timely, courteous and knowledgeable care. I wouldn't go any where else.
Asked what the technician was about to do in regards to a test and was ignored. Asked again, and she just said "a test", and was rude and short after that. The entire staff was rude, honestly, from the receptionist to the techs. They just flat ignore you, and if they have ask or tell you anything, it's with the worst tone and the least amount of words. The doctor himself was a little bit better, not outright rude like his staff, but not much and overall mostly unhelpful. Would never go back again and would never recommend an... read more
Dr. Sichelman is OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend him just as long as you DO NOT visit him at the South Florida Avenue location!!!!! I was having some serious serious issues with my eye that was requiring me to see Dr. Sichelman on a weekly basis. However, the staff was VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and VERY JUDGMENTAL!!!!!! lt seems like some of staff at the SOUTH FLORIDA AVENUE LOCATION ARE NOT COLOR BLIND!!!! ~SMDH!!!!!
Does not even deserve a one-star. I called several times to ask for help to get an earlier appointment due an urgent need for my mother. And the person I spoke with over the phone doesn't have any customer service experience at all, rude and unwilling to help and worst she hung up on me Just very disappointed and I'm not usually the complainer type so this is my first. Will have to speak to their supervisor soon.
Dr. Gill was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The staff was as well. Overall a very good experience.
