Dr Ryder is wonderful..The 2 Heathers are disrespectable and downright nasty..don't return your calls...Most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have EVER dealt with.. Shame on Lakeland Eye Clinic to have such nasty and unqualified people working for them. If it weren't for Dr Ryder, I would take my business elsewhere!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LAKELAND EYE CLINIC!!!!!
Worst customer service ever! One lady in particular sitting on the right side at the computer. You can always tell which receptionist gets a kick out making life harder for others. After reading the bad reviews, I'm glad I found another clinic that are better equipped to handle my unique situation. I rarely write bad reviews, but that one receptionist was great at grinding my gears. Remember, great reviews start at the front desk and work it's way back.
