The management company is AWFUL. This property is ran by Affiniti and they provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disappointed. The property itself is nice, pretty lake, walking trail and dog friendly!

I was treated very unfairly at Lake Shore. When I was ready to move out, I asked if I could move out at the end of April when my lease was up. Since I didn't give them a 30-day notice, I was financially responsible through the end of May, which is totally understandable. Then, at the end of May, they told me I was responsible for June as well. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I gave them plenty of notice, and I was even on a month-to-month basis at this point, so there is no reason why I couldn't move out at the end of... read more
