Will is the absolute best. I just purchased my first home and it’s pretty much been a nightmare with all the pests I’ve been getting. Will was super thorough and helpful explaining everything to me and what timeline I should expect. Today, came home to find out I have a wasp nest in my chimney (I’m terrified of wasps). I called him after hours and he was so helpful and kind. We recently moved from Wisconsin and I was not prepared for the amount of insects, bugs, ants, cobwebs etc. I called Lake Norman Pest Control and just a couple days later Vinny came out and thoroughly explained the treatments he would be applying and was patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Vinny and Lake Norman Pest Control.
