Customer service is top notch, starting with office staff who gets you scheduled promptly, to the texts with arrival times, to the technicians who are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We've had Brandon and Vicki, both are great! As a side note, they even make sure gates are closed when leaving, a real plus for those of us with fur kids!

Had several issues in between our routine service and they were handled immediately. Outstanding customer service from the office staff, particularly Courtney, and field technicians. I can't say enough about Brandon. He is knowledgeable, thorough and takes his time answering any questions. Top rate company in my opinion!

I had an ant invasion in between my routine service. I called the office and they had someone out at the house the next morning. They have great customer service. And their staff is friendly and helpful.

After a phone call to LKN Pest Control Bryce came out on time to do an inspection to attend to a bee problem... Lake Norman Pest Control always seems to give me great customer service. These folks do not hesitate with my concerns.. they always get right out and take care of any situation. Thanks
