Vinnie was a pleasure to work with. He spoke with both my wife and myself to insure he got the information he needed to confirm with his inspection. He applied the appropriate treatments based on the inspection and our concerns. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor and shared interests in past careers. He has already planned a follow up phone call for next week to see if we continue to be satisfied with his work. We hope he becomes our regular go-to technician in the future. 5 Stars, Vinnie!
