DO NOT GO HERE!! Unfortunately had to find a new psychiatrist. I had been seeing Dr. Heron since 2019 and have always had issues. Not to mention she always says "It was nice meeting you" every time I see her in person. Even if you don't remember me, you don't see in your notes or my patient file that I've been open for YEARS. I once showed up to the office for a scheduled appointment and the doors were locked and lights off. I had to wait 30 minutes before she showed up. Provider missed 3 scheduled phone appointments in a row and was not available when called.
Don’t waste your time. She lied about me having a co pay then got a $210 bill. My one appointment lasted 5 min and only cared about me paying my co pay. not a sympathetic doctor never listened to me and only cares about money.
You can't even reach anyone to make appointments, thru looking for services for my autistic son I'm discovering that most the places in Erie are unreachable and impossible to reach actual people to schedule appointments. Pretty Pathetic
Despite of Dr. Heron being a good, compassionate person, she lacks the skills to keep an office running or hiring someone to do it for her. She hasn't showed up for two appointments within the last three months, I have ran out of my meds and leaving messages or emails it's worthless because nobody gets back to me. She shouldn't play with patients psych meds! If we go to her is because we are dealing with mental health issues and that's not something to take lightly.
