I was stranded on a country road with a flat tire and contemplating my predicament. I called Silver Lake and they were there in 15 minutes to change the tire and get me back on my way. From the two men in the truck to the service staff at the garage, I was treated with the best customer service! Honest. Reliable. Professional. Efficient. What more can you ask for? I had some kind of leak. I called, brought the car in within minutes, was given a loaner as I needed to get to work. They called me about a hour later and said they finished the inspection and work. No charge for the loaner. Amazing service. Also love that they host Ruth and Naomi car care. They are being a part of community! Thank you!
