The service department kept me updated with what was wrong and needed. They were courteous and respectful, and was given a loaner to drive when my car needed more time to get fixed.
Our car broke down, Silver Lake towed it and gave us a loaner till the car could be diagnosed for repairs. All was it a timely manner! Thank you!
I called early on a Monday morning right after they opened and they were very supportive in getting my "72 Chevelle in right away that morning! They diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and had the car back to me the next day. Great service!!

Good quality service. Prices are a bit high but worth it. I would rather pay extra and know the work is getting done right. Very helpful staff and good communication bordering on over-communication. (Lol). Would definitely bring my car there again. Michelle was a great help.
Get a second opinion. About 9 months ago I brought my car in for an oil change. As part of the oil change they offer an inspection. They called me to say I needed new rear brake pads and rotors as I was down to 4mm. I thought the price they quoted was high and I didn't notice any brake squeaking so I told them I'd wait on it. Well, I just took my car into the dealership this weekend and they said that my rear brakes still have plenty of life left in them.
