I also just investigated this with my staff, the inspection results and also checked our camera system to see what actually happen. The camera system did confirm that my technician removed the tire and had torqued the lug nuts to specification before pulling the car out, see image below. Have always had great service here, and they're wonderful to military families. I recently was contemplating new tires and Andrew took the time to help me decide which ones to go with, and the Michelin Defenders have not disappointed with driving in the snow! The kids play area is great for when my son needs to tag along with me for oil changes. Everyone us super nice, informative, and the cookies...an added bonus!
They do a good job assessing issue. The parts markup is through the roof. $1000 for $450 max part. 3 times as much for most parts..i understand some mark up but almost 3x on just about everything. Yikes.

Above & Beyond! I blew out a tire on my Volvo while my fiance was out out town. Not only did they tow and fix my car, but they also dropped me off at my home; made a special trip to get my summer rims out of my garage rafters; and then picked me up when the repairs were all done! Dave and your crew is the best!!! Thank you, thank you! PLUS they always have cookies there too!
