Solid group of people that always take good care of me and my car(s).
I used to love this place. Getting a loaner well your car gets an oil change is the best thing since sliced bread. The last time we went though they made a mistake with topping off our fluids and we had a check engine light on. When I called to question this they said it would be a $95 charge to check what the check engine light was for. Great service! Auto problems are always an inconvenience. Silver Lake Auto got us in quickly, found a solution to our problem, went above and beyond to help us out and make sure our car was safe to drive in a timely manner! Offered to pick us up to get the car too! Would highly recommend!

I went to Silver Lake Auto for a rear turn signal bulb replacement. I had already purchased the bulbs and watched a YouTube video on how to do it myself, but couldn’t get the access panel off. I fully expected to be charged when I visited and even asked if they would replace the opposite side turn signal just to save me a future hassle. When the work was finished I was told no charge.
