Lake Clearwater apartments is an excellent apartment complex. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to your needs. The apartments are very spacious and homie, and up-to-date. Also within walking distance of over seven places to eat dinner.
I love living here! The people in the office are fantastic, the community is clean and very laid back, and I have never had any major issues. I would totally recommend living here. One of the best places on the north side!
I absolutely love this complex! I have lived in a few apartments in the Indianapolis area and this one exceeds all the rest! The apartments themselves are spacious with a keen attention to detail (vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, layouts, etc.). The staff and maintenance crew are great to work with and always so accommodating - I would highly recommend this to anyone!
I have lived at Lake Clearwater apartments going on now 5 years. I have had nothing but great service for the leasing staff and maintenance guys! I never have to wait to have maintenance issue take care of. The location of the apartments is very close to shopping and great restaurants. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of nice upgrades along with a beautiful pool, workout facility and great landscaping.
