I’ve enjoyed living at Lake Clearwater for the last two yrs. The spacious design of the two bedroom with sunroom and large dining room was ideal for me since I was moving from a house. It just doesn’t feel like an apartment. The staff has been amazing and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I’ve been very pleased with Lake Clearwater.
Lake Clearwater is the best place I’ve lived since moving to Indy 6 years ago! Very pet friendly, the office staff is attentive and friendly, maintenance takes care of everything quickly the right way the first time around, and the pool is my favorite place to be May-September. I wish I would have moved here sooner!
We have enjoyed living at Lake Clearwater. The complex is close to dining, nightlife, shopping, and the interstate. The pool and grills are great when the weather is warm.
Lake Clearwater Apartments is a great place to live at. Friendly and responsive staff. Maintenance requests get done very quickly and with high quality results. The entire complex is beautiful. I love it here!
Great place to live! Maintenance and the office team are always helpful and responsive. You’d be hard pressed to find a better place to live at a competitive price. We live in a 2bdr, 2 bath and have tons of space. There’s tons of things to do within walking distance. We’re looking forward to warmer weather to get back to the pool! Our friends and family always compliment us on our apartment!
Lake Clearwater Apartments has been a wonderful place we’ve called home for over two years. It’s a quiet community located in the heart of the Keystone area. You’re surrounded by great shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any matter quickly. We have a dog and the Lake Clearwater landscape provides plenty of green spaces for nice walks along the water behind the communities buildings. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to suite or needs!
We are going on 2 years living at Lake Clearwater and we love it! The apartment we have is spacious, we opted for the sunroom instead of the storage off the deck. The sunroom is our favorite spot with all the light coming in. We have never had a problem with noise, our neighbors are quiet. The pool and grills in the summer are great, and we love that the complex does events for the residents, everything from taco nights, to sushi, to wine and cheese. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment. They have a great pool and gym. The complex is in a great location, near two malls and plenty of restaurants. I would suggest this complex to everyone.
