RecommendedLake Animal Hospital has taken care of our beloved fur baby for 14 years. This was our last visit as we had to say goodbye to our precious little Gabby. They were sympathetic and showed compassion for what we were going through. Over the years they would always fit us in (usually on the same day we called) and they always showed love to Gabby. I would highly recommend Lake Animal Hospital and any one of the Doctors, they are all professional and personable.
dr mark is the best ever vet I have ever met. he has been taking care of our animals for over 15 years! couldnt go to anyone else!!!
Last week i went to get my 1 yr old cat to the vet because she wasnt acting herself and we told the Vet that she wasnt playing, eating, or drinking. He was basically ignoring us and kept saying it's a "behavioral" issue....Today we took her to a DIFFERENT vet because she got worse. Found out she was misdiagnosed. She has a UTI!!! Very unhappy with how my appointment and cat was handled. I wish to see action taken upon the staff to correct this as well as State Board.
Horrible office staff. No sympathy for a grieving family. A dying animal is left to suffer in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Not a single vet came out to asses the situation or offer condolences after the fact. It made a horrible time even worse by their callousness. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dr. Mark and Dr. Crouser are the very BEST! Their knowledge and expertise is amazing! We are grateful for them with always helping keep our girl happy and healthy!! ❤️🐶
Just the vets..reception is iffy..sometimes just like if they don't know you..they don't care..no compassion there at all..phone calls are iffy as well...person doesn't seem to care about your pet..only about how you are going to pay
I have been taking my dog here for 4 years. Over the last 5 months he has been sick with diarrhea & weight loss. I have taken back here to see a vet basically every 2 weeks only to be prescribed more meds that don’t work & told his belly feels fine with palpation, he must have IBS. I kept getting brushed off when I asked about X-rays or blood work. Took him to another vet yesterday where he got proper care and within an hour was told he has terminal liver cancer. Today was one of the worst days of our life. The hardest part of being a mom. You don't want to see your fur baby suffer, but you have 4 boys at home who are now lost because their dog for the past 10 1/2 years had to be put to sleep today. Dr. Kallay was a blessing during this time. From explaining the full procedure to my oldest son, so he understood every step of the way.
